Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is located right in the heart of Ao Nang, Krabi with makes it very convenient to walk about and explore the town. Welcome drinks were presented upon our arrival at the hotel and the staff were very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and we got the ‘seaview’ balcony as requested. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with necessities for our stay (towels, toothbrush, shower gel.. etc). The bed & pillows were comfortable, air condition is up to date & easy to use, lots of charging outlets/plugs on walls which is great as we brought several gadgets/devices with us. The TV functioned well, lots of international channels to browse through. The built-in wardrobe had an ample amount of space to hang your clothes or fold them in the drawers. Safety deposit box were provided and worked fine. The bathroom was very clean, we love that it had a big sink tabletop and built in drawers underneath which is great to house all of our skincare, makeup and hair products.. etc. The shower had a good water pressure, smelled clean, and we didn’t encounter any water clogged up situation throughout our one week stay. The lounge chair and coffee table were a good addition to the room, great sitting area for me and my husband to read our books. The balcony was spacious and we liked that the hotel provided a wall drying rack to hang our swimming clothes to dry. We enjoyed sitting at the rattan sofa outside on the balcony in the morning and enjoy the pool & seaview from our balcony. The hotel amenities such as pool and gym room were well maintained and cleaned. Overall it was a very memorable stay, we spent most of our days in the hotel as our vacation this time was more of enjoying our downtime and slowing down from the hustle bustle of the city. We love the hotel amenities and service they provided. Staff was very hospitable, friendly and well spoken, hence we felt very welcomed.

it is located on the main road, which we loved and which is why we choose this hotel. walk distance to everywhere. a cute little balcony. nice breakfast. nice pool.

I had booked King room with a pool view for 3 days and the view was great. The King size bed was basically two single beds joined together (wasn't easily noticeable) it was comfortable so no complains about the bed. Rooms, pool, the whole property is nicely maintained, very clean. Their breakfast spread was amazing, lots of fruits and vegetables. I did not see much change in the menu of cooked vegetarian items over our 3 days stay. They could have avoided adding eggs to pineapple fried rice and to the vegetarian noodles so that we could have enjoyed some more. :) Location of the hotel is great, all good things around are at walkable distance. We loved every bit of Krabi.

it was a nice hotel. Very comfortable. We had to pay for breakfast, but it was worth it. they had so many options. There was something for everyone, and I’m a celiac who doesn’t eat meat. So if I could eat safely, almost anyone could.

Location was good, walking distance from Ao nang beach.
